Delete Account
Account Deletion — Urabia

A) Delete your account from within the app

Open the Urabia app
-
Go to Profile → Settings
-
Select Delete Account
-
Confirm
Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
B) Delete your account without the app
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email admin@urabia.com from the address associated with your Urabia account with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted

Your profile, including name, photo, bio, country of origin, and current location

Your posts, comments, polls, and event RSVPs

Your direct messages
-
Your saved businesses and preferences
-
Your account credentials and authentication records
-
What is retained
-
Transaction and payment records, retained as required by US tax and accounting law
-
Business listing records where you are the listed owner, retained for the duration of an active subscription

Aggregated, anonymized usage data that cannot be linked to you

Records we are legally required to keep

Business listings
If you operate a business listing, deleting your user account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Contact admin@urabia.com to cancel a subscription before deleting your account.
Timeline
In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days of identity verification.
